There is this running dialog in my head throughout my day concerning how I deal with my fibromyalgia. 1.The dishwasher needs emptying=but it hurts to bend over and tires me out. 2. I didn't get all the laundry done yesterday=Because I only got about 4 hours of sleep 3. "You never do anything around here", he said.= I do as much as I can each day, she thinks. Does this sound familiar? Come share your thoughts, solutions and even whine a bit if you like, with this group.
